Sweet & Tangy Brussels Sprouts

This flavorful recipe combines sweet and savory for a tangy dish that can be a filling entrée salad or a side dish for everyone at the table.


  • 16 medium brussels sprouts
  • 1/2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries
  • 2 tsp coconut butter
  • 1/2 tsp chili powder & juice from 1 lime 
  • Salt to taste


  1. Chop brussels sprouts evenly, removing stems.
  2. In a large pan, warm olive oil over medium heat then add brussels sprouts. Sauté for about 5-7 mins or until softened.
  3. Add in maple syrup, coconut butter, and cranberries. Sauté for 3-4 more minutes.
  4. Sprinkle chili seasoning and salt over dish, then finish sautéing for 1-2 more minutes.  Serve.
