Garlic Bread

This is a traditional dish in Tuscany and similar to garlic bread. It was originally associated with the month of November as the locals celebrated the harvest  of olives. 


  • 2 slices of low protein bread
  • 1 clove of garlic, halved
  • 1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • Pinch of coarse sea salt
  1. Toast the slices of low protein bread.
  2. Once toasted rub it generously with the garlic clove.
  3. Drizzle each slice with extra virgin olive oil.
  4. Sprinkle with coarse sea salt.
