Black Raspberry Smoothie

Berries and vanilla are a great combination and a fun way to add more fruit to your diet. Get creative and try this recipe or make one of your own. All you need is a blender, low pro drink mix and your favorite type of fruit.

Ingredients (for 2 servings)

  • 7 oz raspberries, fresh or frozen (defrosted)
  • 10 oz canned blackberries in fruit juice
  • 6.5 fl oz Milupa lp Drink
  • 2 tsp vanilla essence
  • 4 tsp clear honey

Method:

  1. Place all the ingredients in a food processor and blend for 1 minute.
  2. Sieve out the seeds and thoroughly chill before serving.

Makes approximately 24 fl oz.
